CQUniversity's School of Health, Medical and Applied Sciences is seeking an experienced academic to support the growth and development of our distinctive Safety Sciences courses.
In this senior role, you will play a key part in delivering and developing curriculum at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. You'll bring a broad knowledge of safety sciences and a commitment to applied, industry-aligned education. Experience in curriculum design, flexible delivery, and supervision of research students is essential.
You'll contribute to CQUniversity's Safety Sciences programs, including offerings in Occupational Health and Safety and Fatigue Risk Management, delivered at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
We're looking for someone who brings innovative teaching approaches and is confident using digital tools and technologies to enhance student learning. Besides high-quality teaching, you will contribute to impactful research in safety sciences.

Position Requirements
- Doctoral qualification or equivalent in Safety Sciences or a related discipline
- Senior-level industry experience in Safety Sciences
- Proven ability to teach and supervise students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including curriculum design and multi-modal delivery
- Applied research record in Safety Science and integrating research into teaching
