Assistant Store Manager - Macpac Parramatta

Join to apply for the Assistant Store Manager role at Macpac Ltd. As an Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager to drive sales and store performance.
  • Support day-to-day store operations, leadership of the team, and consistent customer service excellence.
  • Contribute to staff development, training, and motivation; lead by example.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.
Employment Details
  • Full-time permanent role based at Macpac Parramatta.
  • Rotating roster, shared with the Store Manager.
  • Competitive salary, superannuation, and achievable bonus potential.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Management or supervisor experience.
  • Ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Skills in training, floor sales, and achieving results.
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.
Desirable Attributes
  • Passion for the outdoors or travel.
  • Experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential, but preferred.
