About your new role…

Our fabulous Maintenance Team is responsible for providing best practice support and customer service across the Production and Maintenance departments. We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Planner at our bustling Northmead site. This role is Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 am, giving you your afternoons free.

This role is key to delivering detailed maintenance plans and schedules that support our site in achieving optimal equipment uptime.

What will you be doing?

• Ensure maintenance activities are effectively and efficiently planned, managed, and delivered to meet business requirements, utilizing resources effectively.
• Initiate and implement processes and routines to continually improve the maintenance function using Asset Care best practice tools.
• Ensure effective use and continued development of the CMMS System (Maximo).
• Develop maintenance schedules and plans in partnership with production and Reliability Engineers to achieve optimal equipment uptime.
• Communicate maintenance KPIs to the maintenance team (T1), clarify expectations, and address non-conformance promptly.
• Participate actively in DOR (T1/T2/T3) meetings.

Let's talk about you…

• A Trade or engineering qualification is highly regarded.
• Beverage or FMCG process knowledge and experience are desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate yourself and others.
• Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities to build relationships with peers, operations, and maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and processes, with technical expertise.
