About The Facility

Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong's CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

About The Role

As the Administration Officer, you'll be the welcoming face of the Early Parenting Centre. From referral to discharge—or simply as a visitor—you'll be the first point of contact for families, ensuring a smooth and respectful experience.

In This Vital Role, You Will
  • Oversee the reception area, managing admissions and discharges with professionalism and warmth
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic patient records
  • Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support across program areas

We're looking for someone who is well-presented, highly organised, and confident in managing competing demands. You'll bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to create a positive first impression and build rapport with a wide range of people, both internal and external to the service.
