Meeting the hotel service standards and customer service guidelines.

Tasks include:

  • Motivate and engage with all team members
  • Coordinate on site training and on boarding
  • Inspect completed work
  • Report all incidents and hazards as they occur
  • Foster strong relationships with the hotel
