About The Role

This role offers a blend of fashion retail and healthcare experience, including:

  • Providing eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and customers.
  • Dispensing lenses and frames according to prescriptions from our Optometrists.
  • Building meaningful relationships to encourage repeat visits.
  • Assisting with store opening and closing procedures.
  • Offering clear pathways for career growth, including potential store management opportunities.
  • Supporting your long-term development with us in a full-time role.

About The Person

  • At least 1 year of experience in optical or 2+ years in retail sales.
  • Experience with store opening/closing duties.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusting, respectful relationships.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and friendly demeanor.

Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desirable but not essential. We support relocation and growth beyond customer-facing roles, making this an excellent opportunity for career development.
