Job Description

This is a permanent position with Connect2Care, a rapidly growing allied health company in Australia that provides community-based services to people of all ages and abilities. As a registered NDIS provider, we focus on delivering best-practice therapy and ensuring our therapists are motivated and satisfied.

The Role

Join our multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based services via telehealth, community visits, and centre-based settings. Referrals may come through NDIS, Medicare, or private sources. The role is mobile, with options to work from home or our hubs. Responsibilities include:

  1. Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults with disabilities
  2. Working within the NDIS to maximize clients' functions and social engagement
  3. Assisting with assistive technology assessments and recommendations
  4. Timely documentation and report writing
  5. Managing a varied caseload
  6. Meeting professional expectations such as billables and client management
  7. Attending meetings, supervision, and professional development
  8. Building relationships with stakeholders
  9. Using leading software platforms and online tools
The New Grad Program

Requirements

Applicants should have or be able to obtain:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Discipline-specific registration (e.g., AHPRA)

  • NDIS Worker Screening and Police Checks
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
