We're seeking a dynamic individual who embodies the spirit of an entrepreneur. Working 4 days a week, you'll manage your own territory, travelling regularly to Townsville, Mackay, and flying to Darwin, engaging with an established customer base while actively seeking new opportunities. Along with a competitive salary and car allowance, you will have the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses (eligible immediately).

What You'll Do:

  • Own and grow your territory with confidence and independence.
  • Travel routinely to regional Queensland and the Northern Territory.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients and connect with new ones.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals with enthusiasm and integrity.
  • Drive market share growth.
  • Grow distribution and improve in-store visibility.
  • Provide industry and product knowledge to retailers within your territory with a focus on category sustainability & profitability.
  • Execute trade promotions in line with State and National targets/priorities.

What You Bring:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to opportunity.
  • A natural ability to connect with people and build trust.
  • Strong understanding of buying cycles and ability to close deals confidently.
  • Proven sales experience and a drive to succeed (we'd love you to have 1-2 years experience in FMCG/OTC).
  • Passion for natural health and wellness.
  • Willingness to travel and manage your schedule independently.

This role reports to the National Sales Team Leader and will join a team of Territory Managers across the country.

The salary package includes an annualised base salary, superannuation, car allowance, staff discount, and bonus opportunities.
