Your role:
We're on the lookout for a driven and personable Territory Manager to join the Dulux Acratex team, focusing on growing profitability and market share within our texture customer segments and product categories. This is a high-impact role where your ability to influence, collaborate and build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and distribution partners will set you up for success. You'll be joining a supportive, high-performance team that values initiative, commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for working with people.
With a strong onboarding and training program, you'll be equipped with everything you need to thrive — from CRM systems to product knowledge and go-to-market strategies. This role is ideal for someone vibrant, proactive, and relationship-oriented, who thrives in a dynamic, sales-focused environment. You'll be supported to make a real difference, partnering with a trusted brand and contributing meaningfully to our presence across the state.

Key Responsibilities:
- Grow market share in key product categories by aligning with contractors, builders, and industry influencers.
- Drive sales conversations and build strong networks through face-to-face, digital, and phone-based communication.
- Manage and support a contractor base including renderers, trowel trade, cladding installers, and plasterers.
- Collaborate with Dulux Trade Centres and Inspirations Stores to drive channel success.
- Contribute to broader team goals and support the Acratex category across trade sales teams.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry.
- Strong CRM and IT system skills, including experience in call planning and territory management.
- Demonstrated ability to grow a product or service offering through effective sales strategy.
- Strong commercial mindset and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
