Role Overview:

As a Customer Assistant, your goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences, contribute to achieving store KPIs, and assist in visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and support store success.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to maintain an attractive store appearance.
  • Share your knowledge of candles and homeware products with customers.
  • Maintain an appealing and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.
