Overview

The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for a Christmas Casual Beauty Advisor – Fountain Gate. Your role is to support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.

Key Duties
  • The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer's needs and recommend products that meet those needs and make them feel good.
  • Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.
  • Offer expert advice to customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
What We Look For
  • Previous retail experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers
  • A team player open to receiving daily coaching and feedback from Store and Assistant Manager
  • A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
  • Confident in reaching store targets and sales
  • Active contributor to a joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member
  • Availability Monday through Sunday
