Ochre Health is embarking on an exciting new phase of expansion, and we're looking for a driven Acquisitions Manager to lead the identification, negotiation, and acquisition of high-quality general practices across Australia.

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, engaging with practice owners, assessing opportunities, and ensuring seamless transitions—all while contributing to better patient outcomes in the communities we serve.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with high-potential medical practices through proactive market research.
  • Develop strategic relationships with practice owners and key decision-makers.
  • Lead financial analysis and valuations to structure competitive acquisition offers.
  • Negotiate and execute acquisitions, ensuring alignment with Ochre Health's growth strategy.
  • Manage due diligence processes, overseeing legal, financial, and operational assessments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth integration process post-acquisition.
  • Travel frequently to meet vendors, attend industry events, and explore new market opportunities.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in acquisitions, business development, or corporate finance, ideally in healthcare, professional services, or related industries.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to assess and interpret financial reports.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to engage and negotiate with practice vendors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure successful acquisitions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for site visits and industry networking.
