We are now seeking a passionate, driven and energetic Casual Clinical Consultant to join our Joint Replacement team in Sydney, NSW. This role would suit someone initially wanting to do on-call work to supplement an existing role.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to potentially move into a clinical or theatre-based role with Stryker and wants to get a better understanding of what the position would entail.

Our talented Clinical Consultants play a vital role in the moments that matter most – the seconds, minutes and hours in which patients' lives are changed forever by the skills and knowledge of caregivers.

Your role will involve:

  • Providing technical and clinical specialist expertise to internal and external customers
  • Attending surgical procedures and assisting surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products
  • Conducting in-service training and supporting our Territory Managers

Who we are looking for:

  • Theatre nurses, clinical consultants, physiotherapists, or pharmaceutical representatives looking for casual ongoing work.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, collaborative teamwork skills, including the ability to drive clear verbal messages regarding technical subjects.
  • Keen learner and strong team player with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work autonomously and calmly under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for a successful patient outcome every time will ensure your success in this role.
