Overview

Job responsibilities and requirements for a Business Analyst – Identity & Access Management (IDAM) focusing on Identity Governance (IGA), Access Management, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) in enterprise environments. The role requires collaboration with business and technical stakeholders in a multi-vendor environment, and BFSI sector knowledge is a plus.


Responsibilities
  • Analyze and elicit business requirements for IDAM solutions, including IGA, AM, PAM processes and integrations.
  • Support Identity Lifecycle Management, provisioning flows, and user access across enterprise systems.
  • Work on large IAM engagements with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams, documenting and communicating findings clearly.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of IT experience with Identity & Access Management solutions
  • Good understanding of Identity and Access Management toolsets; experience with leading IGA tools (SailPoint preferred)
  • Understanding of IGA, Access Management, PAM and related enterprise integrations
  • Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management and provisioning flows across systems
  • User Identity & Access management across system landscape
  • Experience in a large IAM engagement
  • 3+ years as IDAM solution Business Analyst
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and consultative skills
  • Experience in a multi-vendor environment with multiple stakeholders
  • BFSI sector knowledge
