Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced professionals including Psychologists, Mental Health Social Workers, and Occupational Therapists to work within our Perinatal Mental Health Face-to-Face location in Rockhampton, QLD. We offer flexible start dates, client sourcing, administrative support, and service promotion. No rental or overhead costs required.
The Position:
Deliver face-to-face psychological support to expectant and new parents at Gidget House, located at Stockland Rockhampton Shopping Centre. Our clinicians provide individual, couple, and parent-infant therapies for women and their partners, addressing issues like perinatal depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress. Support is provided through Medicare's Better Access initiative, with remuneration via Medicare Rebate.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in psychological assessment and evidence-based therapy for perinatal mental health issues.
- AHPRA registration with endorsements in psychology or accreditation as a mental health social worker.
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience, particularly with perinatal clients.
- Ability to work within a recovery-oriented, person/family-centred model.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently under supervision.
- Effective caseload management.
