About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our dynamic and friendly team. You will be involved in managing bookings, gathering patient information and assisting with initial screening. Training will be provided through the ACP full scope of practice for pharmacy assistants course as well as on-the-job training with our prescribing pharmacists onsite. Join one of the first pharmacies in Australia providing this service, six days per week.

You will also assist with welcoming customers, stocking and facing shelves, ticketing and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized store, and processing transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage bookings and gather patient information; assist with initial screening.
  • Provide customer service, welcome customers and maintain a clean, organized store.
  • Stock shelves, ticketing and merchandising, and process transactions.
  • Participate in training including ACP full scope of practice for pharmacy assistants and on-site prescribing pharmacy support.
Qualifications
  • Previous pharmacy or retail experience (preferred).
  • Cash handling and register skills.
  • Customer focused with strong communication skills.
  • Dedicated work ethic and willingness to learn and grow with the business.
  • Ability to work in a team and individually; eye for detail and accuracy.
