Overview

Hotel Manager – Brisbane City - Accommodation, Pub & Gaming

We're seeking an experienced and customer focused Hotel Manager to join our team. Our property has 70 accommodation rooms, a pub, and a small gaming room.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on customer service and supervision, including greeting guests at reception, checking room cleanliness and quality, serving at the bar, and ensuring admin tasks run smoothly.
  • Manage day-to-day hotel operations and oversee front office activities (RMS or similar experience highly regarded).
  • Support compliance duties including licensing obligations, OLGR reporting, AML/CTF requirements, and rigorous record keeping.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hotel management or hospitality leadership experience.
  • A friendly, customer focused approach.
  • Flexible, approachable, and willing to roll up their sleeves.
  • Confidence in day-to-day hotel operations.
  • Willingness to take on compliance duties as listed above.
  • Certificates – must have or be willing to obtain: RSA, RMLV. All required certificates must be obtained within the first month of employment.
