In this Senior Strategy Consultant role you will

  • Work closely with senior leaders to support the development of strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights that drive business transformation
  • Apply your strategic toolkit to work through key strategic issues and problem solve from a data-driven, first-principles perspective
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a fast paced, high calibre work environment to develop and deliver clear strategy papers supported by sound analysis and insight with actionable recommendations
  • Present strategic outputs and recommendations to senior leaders, incorporating feedback and input as required

What you'll bring

  • Relevant experience in financial services sector, with a proven track record and a passion for customer and colleague outcomes
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills, supported by excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong strategic focus and be able to communicate with influence.
  • The ability to lead group discussions in a workshop environment and build towards consensus on agreed priorities
  • Sound knowledge of the banking and wealth macro environment and understanding of key drivers of HNW client behaviours and attributes
  • Relevant degree or tertiary qualification highly regarded
  • Experience in strategy consulting highly regarded
