Mitre 10 has an opportunity to work with our great team at our Clayton Trade Store.
The successful candidates will provide excellent customer service, must be motivated and be relied upon to work in a team environment and contribute to the performance of the store.
What you will be doing Ensuring the health and safety of all fellow staff, customers and contractors within their departmentServing customers in the yard - helping them with their orders, and providing them with fast, efficient servicePicking orders to be sent out on delivery trucksPutting away stock, mainly timber and associated products What you will bring Demonstrate a strong customer focusDemonstrate ability to work in a team environment and unsupervisedWork in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrioritise workload to effectively meet deadlinesMust be physically fit and able to be on your feet all dayAn eye for detail and a sense of urgencyAbility to be available for work across the 5 days of the week which may include the occasional Saturday morningForklift Licence not essential but advantageous About Us Mitre 10 is the 'Mighty Helpful' independent hardware store - Proudly Local, Helping Locals.
