ABOUT THE ROLE: Exposure to multiple sites across Perth and the CBD Full-time role Uniforms provided Relief officer allowances paid Opportunity for overtime Potential earnings up to $90,000 (inclusive of overtime), subject to hours worked and other factors Wilson Security is expanding in Perth, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence across Western Australia.
This growth has created new roles focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our teams and clients.
These positions are vital to our success and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers.
They include response roles handling events such as protests and emergencies, with training across multiple locations and positions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Experience as a Rover in a corporate setting Flexibility to work 24/7 Intermediate computer skills Experience in conflict resolution Full unlimited working rights in Australia Greeting and directing tenants, contractors, and the public De-escalation and safety management Following client instructions and maintaining stakeholder relationships Willingness to work extra shifts when required Writing incident reports WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Current Western Australian Security License Current First Aid Certification Fully vaccinated and able to provide evidence Excellent communication skills Experience in conflict resolution and emergency services 1-2+ years of Concierge experience Ability to liaise with high-profile clients and people at all levels Motivated, positive, and proactive attitude Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Professional presentation and problem-solving skills Wilson Security offers comprehensive training, employee benefits including a Wellbeing Hub, health insurance discounts, Employee Assistance Programs, and access to a Security Peer Network.
