Overview : We are seeking a dedicated Lead Engineer to join our facilities team at a prominent cultural institution in Euston.
This role is ideal for professionals aiming to transition from hands-on technical work to a more analytical and strategic position within building services.

Key Responsibilities : Monitor and manage Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal environmental conditions.
Analyse compliance data and generate reports to support facility operations.
Work with a team of six engineers, a supervisor, and a contract manager to maintain building integrity.
Contribute to the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications : Proven experience in mechanical and electrical engineering within critical environments.
Formal training in electrical, mechanical, or BMS systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
