What will I be doing?Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but as a Solutions & Data Analyst, some of your core responsibilities will include:
• Delivering high-quality data solutions to support client and internal objectives
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data models to power analytics, reporting, and predictive capabilities
• Writing and optimising SQL queries to extract and analyse large data sets
• Using Python and Java to automate data workflows, build scalable solutions, and support data science initiatives
• Applying statistical techniques and data-driven analysis to identify actionable insights and improve business outcomes
• Contributing to the development of AI and machine learning models to support predictive analytics and audience segmentation
• Collaborating cross-functionally with account leads, product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure data solutions align with business priorities
• Supporting the onboarding and enablement of new data tools and features
• Providing training, documentation, and technical support to empower teams to make the most of data capabilities
• Troubleshooting data anomalies and developing processes to improve data quality and integrity
• Driving process automation and operational efficiency through data-led recommendations
• Sharing data best practices and educating stakeholders on analytical approaches and interpretation What will I bring?2–3 years of experience in a data analyst, data solutions, or data engineering role Proven skills in data analysis, data modelling, and applying statistical methods Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Java Ability to design and build clean, efficient, and well-documented data workflows Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights Preferred skills in AI modelling, predictive analysis, and knowledge of machine learning algorithms High attention to detail and accuracy Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences You must be: Confident – to make data-driven decisions Calm – able to work well under pressure Eager - to keep growing and learning Collaborative - happy to work in a dynamic, cross-functional team Flexible - to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment Curious - with a mindset for continuous improvement and innovation Communicative - able to build strong working relationships across technical and commercial teams Respected - a positive, inspirational team member At Nexxen, we value diverse backgrounds and experiences.
