Job Description

We're seeking an HR & Payroll Platform Owner to play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our HR and payroll systems. As the successful candidate, you'll champion our HR and payroll systems, ensuring they meet business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize HR and payroll systems to align with business needs and objectives.
  • Partner with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders to drive improvements and resolve complex issues.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR and payroll platforms.
  • Meet regularly with division leaders and teams to understand their current and future business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years supporting HR/payroll systems.
  • Tertiary qualification in Technology, Business, Information Systems, HR, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience with understanding and analysing business issues.
  • Experience supporting allocated divisions' systems in a large organisation.
