As a Principal Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, helping global enterprises in highly regulated industries unlock the full potential of cloud technologies.

The role is located in either Sydney or Melbourne.
Your Mission As a Principal Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic cloud solutions that redefine what's possible.
Reporting to the Services Business Leader, you'll lead high-impact engagements, mentor top-tier talent, and influence C-level stakeholders across industries.
What You'll Own Lead strategic cloud engagements with global and regional impact.
Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, driving cloud adoption, Gen AI integration, and Dev Ops transformation.
Influence at scale—1:many—through thought leadership, technical depth, and business acumen.
Solve complex challenges in security-conscious, regulated environments.
Drive C-level conversations and shape long-term cloud strategies.
Leadership & Team Building Inspire and lead high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and strategic guidance.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Identify and develop emerging talent within the organization.
Partner with executive leadership to shape team structure and capability growth.
Knowledge Sharing & Community Impact Create and refine internal playbooks, best practices, and reusable assets.
Lead enablement programs for internal teams and clients.
Speak at industry events, contribute to white papers, and represent Amdocs Studios in the global cloud community.
Drive systemic learning and knowledge capture across projects.
Evangelize our brand and offerings through thought leadership and public speaking.
Identify new market opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies.
Lead global-scale work plans aligned with evolving client needs.
What You Bring10+ years of enterprise IT consulting or professional services experience (Telco or FSI preferred).
Proven leadership in delivering large-scale, secure, high-availability cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
Deep technical expertise in cloud architecture, Dev Ops, and automation (Terraform, CI/CD, scripting).
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-level influence.
Experience in regulated industries with a strong understanding of public cloud security principles.
Recognized thought leader with a track record of speaking at industry events and publishing insights.
Agile delivery experience and the ability to lead geographically dispersed teams.
