Senior Project Engineer

This is a site-based position, on one of our upcoming projects within the CBD or Western Melbourne region.
In this position, you will play an integral role in managing and resolving the detail design of complex packages, whilst managing subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project.
This includes: Developing and maintaining construction programs Implementing the procurement strategy Value engineering Managing quality Ensuring high levels of Health & Safety at all times You will also provide guidance to junior staff on site.
Experience: 6+ years of experience working on-site in construction delivery Large scale building project experience is a must Proven ability to effectively communicate and work well with others Strong organisational skills including attention to detail Identifying problems and coming up with creative solutions Experience on healthcare or commercial projects preferred About Lendlease With a national delivery capability, combined with a sector-focused approach, Lendlease Construction provides innovative and industry-leading project management, design and construction services driven by detailed sector knowledge and experience.
