RIMEX Wheel Pty Ltd is the world's leading custom manufacturer of earthmover wheels and rims, with branches throughout Australia and worldwide in the major mining areas.
We are looking for a competitive Salesperson to help support our growth of our core and new business activities based at our Perth branch.
Salesperson responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through on-site meetings and follow-up via email and phone, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will be part of ensuring RIMEX meets and surpasses business expectations and contributes to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities: Ability and desire to travel throughout assigned territories (mining sites and businesses) to call on existing and prospective customers to sell wheel/rim products and related items.
Check on site's existing equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements supplied by RIMEX, with the ability to collate information into RIMEX software.
Provide competitive information such as product quality, longevity, delivery, and pricing to establish ongoing opportunities for our RIMEX product range.
Gather information on stock and transport to provide accurate quotes to customers.
Manage and develop new customers while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers and territories.
Review monthly sales reports to determine if goals and objectives are being met.
Key account management.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Stock management in collaboration with Storeperson.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Executive.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Qualifications: Desirable 5 years of sales experience.
Preference given to candidates with a background in OTR tyre industry, Heavy Earthmoving Equipment Maintenance, or mining-related industries.
Willingness to travel.
Education & Software Knowledge: Preference for candidates with sales/marketing or mining and tech-related diplomas.
Professional proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Desirable Earthmoving industry background.
