As an Inductions officer, supporting the Technical Services Team, you will be responsible for induction and competency renewals for the team as well as providing ad-hoc support and coverage as needed.

This is a casual opportunity working across a Monday – Friday roster.

This position will be based onsite at Bullivants Newcastle.

Some Of The Tasks Monitor and action competency renewals and coordinate renewals with the relevant technician ensuring relevant portals and documents are updated Action relevant administration tasks to support with service requirements to customers Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding induction requirements Support with ad-hoc project work and leave coverage as required Some Of The Skills Previous experience with Pegasus, Damstra, GWOS and or similar customer portals Medium competency in MS Office suite Ability to engage with relevant stakeholders via email and phone Customer service experience Want to know a more about Bullivants?
