About the opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Team Leader to join our team on a full-time basis at the Glendale Residential Aged Care home, located at the base of Mt Louisa in Townsville.
Reporting to the Regional Asset Manager, this role will ensure the condition and appearance of our homes are of the highest standard to provide a pleasant and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities include: Hands-on repairs and maintenance Management and coordination of building and environmental maintenance Providing high levels of customer service to residents Maintaining records and reports Budget management Leading, supervising, and coordinating site maintenance staff Ensuring compliance with legislative standards related to maintenance, aged care workplace health & safety, and manual handling Our Benefits Our culture is supportive and collaborative, allowing you to make your role your own.
