Collaborate with people managers to guide employee behaviour and resolve problems in alignment with corporate culture, values, and compliance standards.

Preferably from a manufacturing or logistics industry.
With experience in working with blue collar employees would be an essential requirement Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to provide expert guidance on HR-related issues and manage a variety of employee relations matters.
Efficient in managing HR administrative tasks and coordinating various HR functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., Workday, SAP).
