About The Role As our e Commerce Specialist, you'll play a critical role in growing the digital presence and sales channels across our portfolio of iconic food brands.
Reporting to the e Commerce Manager, you'll manage and optimise multiple e-commerce platforms, deliver seamless online experiences, and execute data-driven digital strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
What You'll Be Doing Develop and execute digital strategies to enhance online ordering, click-and-collect, and delivery services.
Manage, maintain, and update brand e-commerce platforms, ensuring product, pricing, and content accuracy.
Analyse data insights from platforms like Google Analytics to optimise user experiences and improve site performance.
Drive revenue growth through campaign execution, upselling strategies, and website enhancements.
Coordinate with IT, marketing teams, and external vendors to maintain seamless e-commerce operations.
Run A/B testing, manage conversion rate optimisation projects, and recommend platform enhancements.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards across digital platforms.
Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and e-commerce industry trends.
What We're Looking For Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2–3 years' experience in the e-commerce industry, ideally within QSR, FMCG, fashion, or retail sectors.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Sana, and marketing automation tools like Klaviyo and Braze.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
Skilled in web analytics (particularly GA4); certification is highly desirable.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or experience working with development teams.
Familiarity with third-party delivery platforms and integrations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
