Role & Impact As a Staff Web Engineer at Blinq, you'll shape how we scale our browser-based experience across millions of users.
You'll lead technical direction, architecture, and system design, while mentoring others and collaborating across design, product, and platform teams.
What You'll Do Lead web architecture across surfaces growth flows, dashboards, admin tooling Own complex, cross-cutting initiatives from UX to performance and accessibility Drive frontend best practices and shared systems across squads Collaborate deeply with product and design to bring bold ideas to life Support junior and senior engineers alike through mentorship and design reviews What You'll Bring7+ years frontend experience with advanced React + Type Script expertise Deep experience leading technical projects and web architecture at scale Strong cross-functional skills and UX sensibility Proven ability to scale code quality, testing, and dev experience Comfortable working across the stack with backend APIs and infrastructure teams What You Get We hold a high bar and move with intent.
