The Role:As Property Manager you will support the delivery of a range of Leasing and Transaction Management activities for a retail property portfolio:Preparation of Options Papers (Site Searches/Market Sweeps) to support client strategy and decision makingPrepare Lease preparation Approval Forms at the completion of transaction seekingUndertake a range of transactions including:Market Rent Reviews - manage market rent reviews in Lease Agreements with external landlords or its representativeExercising Options - when instructed ensuring that options are exercised to secure tenure Lease Renewals - renegotiate terms on existing leasesNew Sites and New Site Selections - undertake site search and due diligence activitiesDivestment of Leased Sites - co-ordination of Landlord/Lease notices and carry out Make-Good negotiationsManagement of sub leasing opportunities for surplus leased spacesWorks alongside the client and other workstreams to support property strategy develop and pre-transaction review to provide market and site specific data and informationManagement of critical dates and key lease events.Provide input into Portfolio-level budgeting.Client relationship management - establishment of defined lines of communication and regular meetings with the client counterpart and other key stakeholders.Be a Transaction Technology Champion.
Assist in developing business processes, playbooks and transaction technology implementation.What you will bring:Experience Property Management and associated services with a track recordPreferred Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of RegistrationAbility to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines.Goal oriented and focused on meeting performance targets.Excellent client service and communication skills.Ability to work well in a team environment.Drive for process and technology continuous improvementLocation:On-site -Adelaide, SA, Brisbane, QLD, Melbourne, VIC, Perth, WA, Sydney, NSWIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
