One of Melbourne's growing Managed Service Providers is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team, working with small and medium-sized clients.
This is a Melbourne-based, on-site role.
Base pay range
A$100,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr
Role details

Location: South East Melbourne, on-site
On-site, 5 days a week
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer
Experience with Azure, VMware, Power Shell, Microsoft Office, RMM and ITIL

What you will be doing

Design, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure; lead troubleshooting for software and hardware issues
Collaborate with a dedicated team and Project Manager to identify opportunities to enhance and secure IT environments
Support a diverse range of clients across multiple industries using Azure, VMware, Power Shell, Microsoft Office, RMM and ITIL
Manage, automate, and optimize infrastructure solutions

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer
Minimum 5 years experience in Azure, VMware, Power Shell, Microsoft Office, RMM and ITIL
Ability to confidently use Power Shell for automation and integration
Experience within a project setting and the ability to relay technical and non-technical information
Driver's License
Demonstrated ability to manage client communications
Experience working within ITIL change management
Ability to collaborate, effectively communicate and document processes for project members
