Senior Change Lead

They are looking to hire a Senior Organisational Change Lead for a 12 month fixed term contract (annual salary).
Your new role The Senior Organisational Change Lead is responsible for:
Collaborating with Program/Project Managers, Change Partners and other Business Unit Managers to orchestrate and execute comprehensive change programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement
Managing multiple change initiatives or a large/complex change, serving as a primary liaison for the Change Partner to define requirements and provide transparent communication on project statuses, while also offering guidance and escalation support to Change Analysts
Champions effective change interventions to promote seamless adoption of changes, exemplifying desired behaviors and cultivating a supportive environment conducive to sustained organisational evolution.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor Degree of Organisational Leadership or Bachelor of Business with Management and Change Major or/and equivalent Change Management knowledge and experience.
Change Management expertise
Desirable qualifications
PROSCI Change Management Certification
APMG Change Management Practitioner
Lean Six Sigma
Diploma of Coaching
Agile Certified Change Manager Practitioner
Scaled Agile Framework Practitioner (SAFe)
