We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation, drive strategic growth, and ensure compliance within the CRICOS and Vocational Education sector.
Role Overview As CEO, you will be responsible for the overall strategic leadership, governance, and operational management of VIITE.
This role requires expertise in CRICOS and VET compliance, a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, and a passion for delivering high-quality education.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation, enhance student outcomes, and strengthen VIITE's industry presence.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic vision to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with ASQA, CRICOS, and RTO regulations to maintain high educational and operational standards.
Provide strong financial oversight, ensuring business sustainability and efficiency.
Lead student recruitment and retention initiatives, maintaining high enrolment rates.
Foster strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, government agencies, and education bodies to enhance student employability.
Oversee the development of industry-aligned training programmes.
Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks, ensuring accountability and transparency.
Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have: Proven executive leadership experience within the CRICOS and Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
Strong knowledge of ASQA, CRICOS, and RTO compliance frameworks.
A track record of business growth, operational leadership, and student success initiatives.
Extensive experience in financial management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
A commitment to maintaining educational excellence and student-centred learning.
