Your Role
Reporting to the Cyber & Technology Practice Leaders, the primary purpose of this role is to deliver underwriting profit and growth in our Cyber and Technology Practice business.
Underwriting & Distribution

Achieve financial targets for the allocated Broker panel.
Deliver set distribution activities (Broker Visits, Key Account Management, Prospecting, New Business generation).
Appropriate use of delegated underwriting authority.
Conduct appropriate risk assessment processes.
Deploy capacity on new and renewal business, including endorsements of existing coverage.
Adhere to product guidelines and initiatives, including growth or diversification strategies or remedial actions if required.
Develop and execute a personal distribution plan for the assigned Broker panel, including key account management, renewal portfolio management, broker visits, cross-selling, pipeline, and prospecting activities, aligned with IBU standards.
Collaborate closely with the Cyber & Technology Practice Leader and Product Line Managers.
Participate in joint travel and presentations.

Qualifications

Experience underwriting Technology PI, Casualty, and Cyber classes of business in an intermediated market, including relevant pricing techniques and claim development.
Ability to handle a mix of mid-market volume business and large, complex accounts.
Ability to recommend tailored coverage solutions and demonstrate product knowledge.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in products and industry dynamics, particularly in a rapidly growing segment.
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and respond to producer needs.
Proven ability to work well with people and influence decisions.
