The Role We're seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our brand presence across social channels.
This part-time role is perfect for someone with a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for content trends, and a genuine connection to our mission.
You'll be responsible for creating and executing a social media strategy that not only grows our community but also fosters engagement, loyalty, and advocacy.
From concept to execution, you'll oversee all aspects of our organic social media – curating content that educates, inspires, and connects with our audience.
You'll collaborate closely with our marketing team, agencies, and partners to ensure our social channels reflect our brand values and deliver meaningful results.
Your personal design style should naturally complement Bare Mum's clean, thoughtful, and empowering aesthetic, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all platforms.
What You'll Do Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with Bare Mum's marketing objectives.
Manage daily content planning, creation, scheduling, and posting across META, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
Design and produce visually compelling graphics and assets for posts, stories, and campaigns, ensuring they are consistent with our brand guidelines.
Create engaging, on-brand visual and written content – including photos, videos, graphics, captions, and stories – that resonate with our audience.
Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep Bare Mum ahead of the curve.
Engage with our community through thoughtful, timely responses to comments, messages, and tags.
Collaborate with our Marketing Manager and Creative Agency to brief and coordinate campaigns, product launches, and seasonal content.
Work with influencers, creators, and UGC partners to amplify brand storytelling and expand reach.
Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations to optimise results.
Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, reflects our tone of voice, and upholds Bare Mum's values.
What We're Looking For Proven experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or wellness.
Strong graphic design skillswith proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design), or similar.
An eye for detail and a personal design style that aligns with Bare Mum's aesthetic – clean, modern, and empowering.
Strong creative skills with an eye for design, photography, and video editing.
Excellent copywriting ability with a confident, empathetic, and engaging tone.
Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Sked, Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok Analytics).
Understanding of current trends, platform algorithms, and audience behaviour.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and external partners.
Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
