An optimistic and positive brand that continues to produce beautifully refined products for all facets of life.SABA promises to change the way we feel, improve the way we work and inspire the way we live.About The RoleReporting to the Store Manager, this position is responsible for assisting the Manager in maximising store performance through the key areas of team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control whilst focusing on delivering a premium customer experience.About YouRetail Management experience in a high end or premium retail environment Ability to drive store performance and the achievement of sales targets and KPIs Proven ability and passion to train, develop and motivate team members in a fast paced retail environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills The ability to prioritise tasks and expectations An obvious love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation Flexible and innovative approach in reacting positively to changing work demands ResponsibilitiesBring your passion for retail to life, delivering exceptional customer-focused service with a touch of sophistication and style.
Assist in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and crafting efficient rosters.
