Now, we're looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to take the reins, drive our brand growth, and spread the Remedy love worldwide.
What's the gig?A rare opportunity to join Remedy as our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) on a full-time basis.
Reporting directly to the Global CEO, you'll be the driving force behind our global brand and marketing strategy, making sure Remedy's values and personality shine in every market.
You'll lead a high-performing global marketing team and push the boundaries in brand storytelling, product positioning, and consumer engagement.
From leading global campaigns to supporting local execution, this role is all about shaping the future of Remedy Drinks.
What you'll be doing: Crafting and executing a bold, creative global brand strategy that fuels brand love and business growth.
Using deep category insights, killer content, disruptive experiences, and digital business models to engage consumers across every channel.
Leading and inspiring a top-notch marketing team across Brand, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, Comms & Content, and Creative.
Developing a future-proof innovation pipeline, overseeing NPD, packaging, and product positioning to keep Remedy ahead of the game.
Elevating brand awareness, relevance, and reputation through impactful marketing and storytelling.
Supercharging our direct-to-consumer and e-commerce strategy to drive digital growth.
Cultivating a high-performance culture, mentoring and empowering the team to do their best work.

You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, love a challenge, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.
To smash it in this role, you'll need:15+ years of experience in consumer goods across ANZ and international markets.
A brand-building guru mindset with a knack for connecting with consumers and driving loyalty.
A sharp, data-driven decision-making approach, with fluency in insights, analytics, and P&L drivers.
Hands-on experience in sampling, events, PR & influencers, and ATL & BTL campaigns.
A digital and e-commerce pro who knows how to grow brands in a multi-channel world.
A natural collaborator and influencer, ready to lead and inspire across the business.
Experience in big business but also the agility and entrepreneurial mindset to move fast and think on your feet.
