Continuous Improvement Engineer

is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team in our brand-new facility in Bells Creek on the Sunshine Coast.

As we enter an exciting new stage, our most important ingredient remains our fantastic peopleAbout This Opportunity The Continuous Improvement Engineer supports the overall operation of the business by ensuring optimal production processes through the collection, monitoring, and studying of business and production data.
Main responsibilities will be : Analyzing and reporting on production-related usage, costing, labour variances, throughput, waste, and operational performance.
Undertaking production analysis, interpreting production and performance reports, and making solid recommendations based on results.
Developing tools and applying statistical methods to identify operational improvement areas and suggest streamlining processes and efficiencies.
Developing, maintaining, and improving tools for capacity planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Assessing new product introductions for capacity impacts and determining optimal manufacturing resource allocations.
