As a Senior Insurance Account Handler, you will provide proactive high-level technical and broking support to clients and offer the best advice regarding their insurances at all times.
Typically, you will deal with a premium range of anywhere between £500 up to £50,000, although the majority of clients would be in the higher premium spend bracket.
You will be dealing with all lines of General Corporate Business SME up to Global Corporate risks across commercial non-marine classes including, for example, Property, EL/PL, E&O, and PI.
Additionally, you will act as a referral point to the remaining team members for technical issues/queries as well as handling the more complex renewals/larger paying clients.
The role will suit candidates seeking the opportunity to progress their insurance career and who enjoy building strong client relationships.

Applicants should have good commercial insurance technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under strict deadlines and pressures.
The business offers a balanced working pattern split between the office and home coupled with an extensive list of benefits to match your lifestyle.
Minimum 2 days in the office per week, usually Tuesdays and Thursdays.
During probation, there would be a need for a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
