A Buildcorp Cadet is part of the project team, gaining exposure to diverse projects with support from subject matter experts, mentors, and learning programs over a 2-year period.

What is the Buildcorp Cadet Program?The program includes completing core disciplines and achieving learning outcomes in areas such as Engineering, Design, Contracts Administration, Estimating, and Site Supervision.
Benefits : One paid study day per week Paid exam and study time Development activities Networking with experts Knowledge sharing opportunities Mentoring Promotion prospects after completion Eligibility : Students in their second last or last year of a construction, engineering, quantity surveying, building design, or related qualification Australian / NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency Credit Grade Average Availability to start a 4-day work week (with 1 day study) in February 2026 Application Process : Register your Expression of Interest.
The formal recruitment begins in September 2026, with successful cadets starting in February 2026.
The process includes phone screening and an assessment centre.
