Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.About the roleThe Salary Packaging Coordinator will provide customer focused Salary Packaging services to all Barwon Health employees.
Ensuring that all benefits provided to staff are administrated and reimbursed in accordance with the Barwon Health Salary Packaging Guidelines, Procedures and Taxation Legislation.The main areas of focus include:Leading the Salary Packaging Team and provide superior customer service to all Barwon Health employees.Assist in the implementation of standardised guidelines regarding the processing of Salary PackagingPromote Salary Packaging to Barwon Health employees.
