About the Role: Director / Editor We're on the hunt for a passionate and skilled Director / Editor to join our tight-knit production team.

Do you have a keen eye for storytelling, the ability to craft compelling narratives, and a relentless commitment to detail? We're looking for a confident communicator who can seamlessly collaborate with co-workers and clients, ensuring projects run smoothly in high-pressure environments.

Experience Requirement 5+ years of experience as a video editor in an agency or studio setting.
Proven ability to respond to client briefs and develop compelling creative treatments.
Comfortable presenting your vision in client meetings and pitches.
Extensive experience directing both talent and crew on set.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Solid understanding of best practices for workflow, organisation, and folder structures.
Deep knowledge of all aspects of post-production, from editing to final delivery.
Exceptional attention to detail and a sharp creative eye.
Highly motivated and passionate about producing outstanding work.
