Responsible for 10-12 OSHC services and reporting to an experienced Operations Manager.

What You Need To Succeed A drive to deliver and support exceeding practice Passion for the sector and a deep desire for improvement Wanting to take the next step in your professional career Love improving capability, developing your team and unlocking everyone's potential About Your New Role You will lead and enhance embedded practice across your services Implement the Their Care way of programming, safety, quality and compliance Coach and mentor your teams with a focus on improvement and the cascading of knowledge Responsibility across rostering, financial and engagement of communities Critical reflection and planning to support increases in child outcomes in service Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is required Strong knowledge of industry process and Regulations Strong knowledge of the National law & Regulation Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard Strong understanding and knowledge of Their Care's internal policies and procedures Has a positive attitude and approach with a genuine desire for change Completed qualification approved by ACECQACurrent first aid Drivers license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region Come and join the fun at Their Care, submit your application now.
