What You'll Do: Agency Performance: Lead quarterly strategic planning and annual forecasting to ensure we're always aiming higher.
Oversee financials — budgeting, cash flow, and profitability — making sure we stay on track, but never complacent.
Operations and People: Be involved in recruitment and onboarding, making sure we bring in the best talent that fits our culture.
Foster a positive, inclusive company culture where every voice matters, and every team member thrives.
New Business Development: Represent Thirst Creative as the face of the agency — networking, building relationships, and staying visible in the industry.
Lead proposals and pricing processes, using your expertise to ensure we win the right business at the right price.
Keep a close eye on the sales pipeline, ensuring we're moving with purpose and seeing results.
Marketing: Own the agency's annual marketing strategy and budget, ensuring it aligns with our big picture goals.
Get involved in thought leadership, networking, and events to enhance Thirst Creative's visibility and reputation.
Client Services: Manage key client relationships with confidence, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and service.
Lead and mentor the Client Service Team, creating an environment where exceptional results are the norm.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a senior leadership role at a creative agency or similar business.
Strong strategic and financial acumen with a solid understanding of forecasting, data analysis, budgeting, and cash flow.
A natural leader with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to perform at their best.
A track record of successful new business development and client relationship management.
A passion for innovation and keeping up with industry trends, especially in marketing, branding, and digital.
Experience in managing systems and software to increase operational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
