About The Role The position will deliver Physiotherapy services, appropriate with level of experience, across various caseloads as a member of a multidisciplinary team to patients/clients across all facilities of West Moreton Health.
About You Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: Demonstrated clinical knowledge, skills and experience in Physiotherapy practice.
Excellent communication skills with clients, service providers and co-workers at all level.
Is a positive and active team member with a good work ethic.
Knowledge of and a demonstrated commitment to quality processes and evidence based practices, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to these improvements, with an ability to apply established and evidence-based principles to routine Physiotherapy clinical services.
Proactively manages own continuous learning and development.
Mandatory Requirements Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.
