What you'll be doing : Lead the development and execution of a marketing strategy that will help your clients get to their goal Manage relationships with clients and content deadlines for the team as the senior point person on accounts Plan, film and edit high-performing and creative Instagram Reels with shoots happening all around Sydney Use tools like In Shot and Cap Cut to edit your Reels Manage social media accounts and foster community by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments and direct messages.
Create monthly content calendars that hit the client's brief Write captions that capture your audience Create Canva graphics and carousels Build and manage client relationships - from strategy to check-ins and reporting Lead the team, track the performance and be proactive to strategise on ways to improve results Conduct weekly team meetings Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices Work on content across multiple brands simultaneously.
Proven agency experience of 4+ years where you have created content and managed multiple social media accounts Have a strong marketing background A strong understanding of conveying a client's messaging, tone and goals and converting that into content Confident in coming up with content ideas that are creative Ideally, you are based in South West Sydney as the majority of our team is based in Camden, Mac Arthur, Liverpool region (or you are happy to drive to us for team days).
Having strong writing skills is a must as nailing our client's messaging is at the forefront of what we do.
Excellent organisational skills You can solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment.
You have a strong understanding of content optimisation to get the best result You're a team player Ideal for someone with a Communications, Media, Journalism or English degree.
Must have a car and a valid license to drive to client Reels Shoots.
This is a work-from-home role with opportunities to come together and co-work.
