Remediation Quality Assurance Lead (24-month Contract) We are currently on the lookout for experienced Remediation Quality Assurance Analyst to support the projects and program workstreams for a significant multi-year business transformation program of work.
About the opportunity Reporting into the Head of Remediation, this 24-month contract position will contribute to Sky City Adelaide's Financial Crime and Gambling Harm Minimisation remediation activities, ensuring the quality and efficiency of Sky City Adelaide's remediation efforts.
This role will be responsible for conducting quality reviews, analysing data and identifying areas for improvement to ensure Sky City Adelaide's remediation activities comply with internal policies and regulatory obligations.
About you You will have proven experience in a quality assurance, risk, audit or related field, or a similar role focusing on financial crime remediation in a casino, financial services, or professional services environment.
You will have demonstrated ability in developing and implementing quality assurance frameworks and methodologies, as well as conducting thematic and/or ad hoc reviews and audits of processes to identify issues and corrective actions.
Your ability to problem-solve and think critically to challenge and understand issues and identify remedial actions will be exemplary, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
You will have excellent communication skills, including the ability to share information in a clear and concise manner, as well as writing high-quality reports.
You will excel in your analysis and reasoning skills when tackling complex issues and will have excellent ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
Interpreting data will also be your forte.
Knowledge of regulatory obligations in respect to financial crime compliance will be preferred.
