We are looking for a highly technical and product-driven engineer to shape the development of our cutting-edge cloud-native optimization product.
This is an exciting, on-the-ground role that requires a deep understanding of Dev Ops (particularly Kubernetes), exceptional customer-facing skills, and a genuine passion for revolutionizing Dev Ops processes.
If you thrive in fast-paced startup environments and love tackling complex challenges, this is the role for youWhat you will be doing: Product Development: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to shape, build, and deliver a high-quality product focused on solving real-world Dev Ops challenges.
Work hands-on with UX designers and developers to create an intuitive, user-friendly product experience.
Feature Definition & Execution: Define product features and manage the backlog, working with engineering, design, and product marketing to align on priorities and deliver results.
Balance trade-offs between customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Actively interact with customers to gather insights, build trust, and refine the product based on their feedback.
Partner with users to identify pain points in their Dev Ops workflows and implement solutions that drive efficiency and value.
Dev Ops Expertise: Apply your deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Dev Ops practices to prioritize and solve complex infrastructure challenges.
Continuously analyze trends in the Dev Ops ecosystem to enhance the product's capabilities.
Identify areas where Dev Ops processes can be optimized and translate those insights into impactful product features.
Stay informed about industry trends to ensure the product remains innovative and competitive.

Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for working with customers, understanding their needs, and crafting solutions that improve their workflows.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Innovation-Driven Mindset: A curiosity for exploring new tools, processes, and techniques to enhance Dev Ops workflows.
